We guide first-time DACH exhibitors through every step: venue registration, local compliance, German-language communication with fair organisers, stand design within venue rules, and everything else. Many of our longest-standing clients came to us for their very first DACH appearance.
Ideally 8–12 weeks before your fair opens. For major fairs like Messe Frankfurt or Messe München, we recommend contacting us even earlier as hotel and stand space books up fast. That said — we have stepped in with as little as 3 weeks notice. Contact us and we'll tell you honestly what's achievable.
Yes, always. All client communication is in English (or your preferred language — we work with translators for Japanese, Korean, Chinese, French and more). We handle all German-language communication with venues, suppliers and authorities on your behalf. You never need to worry about the language barrier.
Yes. You can engage us for the full package or for individual services — stand only, travel only, staff only. Many clients start with one service and expand once they see how we work. There's no minimum requirement.
